Course Description:
Embark on your journey to becoming a Private Investigator in Florida by obtaining your Private Investigator “CC” Intern license. This 40-hour online course, aligned with F.S. 493, is meticulously designed by The Morgan Group Daytona, LLC (TMG) to educate aspiring Private Investigators on the legal requirements for securing a Private Investigator “CC” Intern License.
Commencing with an introduction to the TMG training platform, the course delves into a comprehensive review of the Florida Statute 493 and Administrative Code 5N-1, outlining the state's expectations for Investigators. Following this, the curriculum explores the dynamics of the professional Intern/Sponsor relationship, providing valuable insights into the role. Subsequently, the coursework covers specific topics such as surveillance ethics and techniques, investigative technology and equipment, evidence handling and protection, courtroom protocols, and the trial-related responsibilities of a Private Investigator.
This comprehensive training, sanctioned by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Licensing, is offered 100% online and on-demand, providing flexibility for self-paced study.
Course Outcome:
Upon achieving a passing grade of 75% or higher, students gain immediate access to a printable diploma. Physical copies of the diploma can be mailed to students upon request. Additionally, TMG will complete the Certificate of Completion, form FDACS-16062, and mail it to the student upon request.
Course Completion:
All courses conclude with an end-of-course examination, ensuring students must pass the exam to receive credit for the training. Online certificates will be promptly available for all successful students.
